When you feel bad condition, take a rest.
Darts is very delicate sports. So if you are not good condition, the more you play, the more you become bad.
That time you are stress out and you may get wound.
I recommend you that if you are not play well, take a rest. Good condition makes good result - practice and tournament.
Make a good condition, you need a rest.
